The Wine Log Online
I said, why not open the Wine Log to others. After all, it just sits on the shelf above the bar, slowly accumulating stains. And so, the transcribing process will begin. I think the idea is that I will need to keep the written log and then periodically transcribe to the Blog. (P.S: The opinions captured are entirely the product of Mike's memory. The alleged originators bear no responsibility for their attribution!)
