2002 Santa Maria Merlot (Chile)

Attracted by the promise of a Jack Daniels' Ham, a small crowd gatehred at A.D.'s. The wise avoided the early devastatingly intense margaritas which wreaked havoc on the consciousness later in the evening. The Ham, as always, was superb and complemented by this reliable offering from
