2000 Chateau Jaugue Blanc Saint Emilion Grand Cru

At A.D. and Josephines. As the Yorkshire pudding was served we moved further into the afternoon. This subtle Bordeaux crept upon us with guile and velvet. Smooth, slithery and right on target. Drifting from the kitchen into the dining room. The bridge to homemade apple pie!
